Pineapple Cheese Ball
A Wooded Glen Specialty
- 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 8 1/2 oz. crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
Soften cream cheese. Add seasoned salt, green pepper, onion, and pineapple. Mix with electric mixer. Shape into a ball. Chill overnight. Roll in chopped nuts before serving. |
