Danielle Florence DNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC
Chief Executive Order
With more than 15 years of leadership and advanced practice nursing experience, Danielle is a dedicated Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Danielle began her collegiate career at Fisk University, Nashville, TN where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts, in English Literature. She went on to earn her Bachelor Science of Nursing from Spalding University, Louisville, KY in 2009 and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Kentucky in 2016.
The emotional impacts of COVID-19 and social unrests guided her decision in obtaining a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner post-certification in 2023 from the University of Cincinnati. Her professional motto is “To ensure best practice outcomes, you must treat the patient medically and emotionally while incorporating the patient’s family and cultural considerations.” In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family, watching football and attending her daughter’s competitive travel basketball games.
Nikkie Dell
Director of Business Development
Nikkie joined our team September 2023 as a Business Development Representative. Nikkie has worked in various roles with recovery services, including being a Certified Addiction Peer Recovery Coach and working with individuals facing many barriers in their recovery journey for the last 7 years.
Nikkie has always had a passion for helping others and received her bachelors degree in Humans Services from St. Mary-of-the Wooded college in Terre Haute, Indiana. She has shown to be an amazing asset to Wooded Glen and understands the importance of individuals receiving the best impatient care for their recovery. She identifies as being a person in long term recovery and will be celebrating her 7 years of sobriety come this August. When Nikkie is not helping individuals find the right fit for their recovery needs, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids. She loves to cheer on her favorite baseball team, Cincinnati Reds and enjoys listening to live music.
Tiffany Wilson, LSCW
Director of Clinical Services
Tiffany serves as the Director of Clinical Services, bringing twenty years of experience in social work with more than ten years in mental health and addiction services. She specializes in dual diagnosis treatment and trauma-informed care, with a deep commitment to providing compassionate and evidence-based services to individuals from all walks of life.
Her experience began in faith-based and nonprofit work, attaining leadership training in New York City and serving in a variety of roles such as Business Manager, Mental Health Tech, and Case Manager, gaining a well-rounded understanding of mental health and addiction services from multiple perspectives. Driven by her passion for helping people heal, she later returned to graduate school and earned a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville to further pursue a career in clinical services.
Before joining the Wooded Glen team, Tiffany spent eight years providing therapy in community mental health and served as the Clinical Supervisor for Assertive Community Treatment (ACT). She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Kentucky and Indiana and also maintains private practice.
At the heart of her work is the belief that healing begins in a safe, supportive environment. She feels that the most important aspect of her role is creating a space where clients feel seen and supported on their road to recovery.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking care of her pets and houseplants, connecting with nature, honoring her creativity and spirituality, and learning new things. She brings a similar energy of curiosity and connection into her work with both clients and colleagues.
Brandon Keith
Director of Intake
With over 10 years of experience in admissions and intervention, Brandon began his career with US Addiction in Michigan in 2014 and has since dedicated himself to helping individuals and families through the recovery process with a combination of professionalism and genuine compassion. As a proud Southern Indiana native, he is passionate about creating meaningful connections and offering the support necessary during life’s most challenging times. Outside of his professional life, Brandon is the proud father of five boys. He enjoys spending time fishing, attending concerts, and supporting the Indianapolis Colts. In his free time, Brandon cherishes family moments and enjoys outdoor activities that allow him to unwind and recharge.
Abbie Basham, MSN, RN,
Director of Nursing
For more than 20 years, Abbie Basham has served the mental health community, including people with developmental impairment, psychiatric conditions, and co-occurring disorders. Prior to joining the Wooded Glen team in 2023, Abbie was a nurse educator and nurse supervisor for an inpatient psychiatric hospital where he became skilled in therapeutic communication, and a deep understanding and compassion for others.
His higher purpose is to create space for others to be their authentic self. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending festivals and events, and mining for gemstones.
LeeAnne Howe, BS, MPA, MBA, SHRM-CP
Human Resource Manager
Prior to joining our team in 2025, LeeAnne delivered exceptional human resources leadership in in many diverse organizations throughout the nation during her 18 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. . LeeAnne is a passionate HR Professional who believes in the full cycle employment experience and takes pride in being “always available” to the organization as well as the employees served.
In addition to her work, LeeAnne is a proud mother to a wonderful son, grandmother to an exciting grand pup, and spouse. She spends her “free time” continuously improving her farm, family, and enjoys being outdoors enjoying her orchard.
Morgan Collins
Manager of Business Office
Morgan Collins joined Wooded Glen as a Medical Records Clerk in 2022. She relocated to the area from North Carolina, where she began her love of healthcare as a CNA. During her 5 years as a CNA, she completed and received her Medication Aide license, working in several areas including Geriatric, Pediatric, and Addiction.
In 2023, Morgan was promoted to Business Office Director, where she continues to apply her knowledge and skills to the administrative end of things. When she’s not crunching numbers, you’ll find her hanging out with her dogs or reading.
