The Dope to Hope Show is more than just an annual event; it’s a powerful community gathering where people come together to celebrate recovery, share stories of hope, and raise awareness around addiction’s challenges and the transformative journey to sobriety. Organized by our dedicated partners at Thrive RCO, the event’s proceeds directly support Thrive’s mission, enabling them to provide essential resources, counseling, peer support, and recovery programs to those on the path to healing. For individuals grappling with addiction, these services represent crucial lifelines that guide them toward a more stable, positive future.

This year, Wooded Glen Recovery Center proudly joined as a Platinum Sponsor, demonstrating our commitment to fostering recovery communities and supporting impactful programs. The involvement of Wooded Glen’s leadership, including CEO Alice Maynor, Director of Business Development Dean Jewell, and RN Andrew Smith, brought an inspiring presence to the runway. Dressed to represent both the “dark” days of addiction and the “light” of recovery, their participation was a creative expression of the stark transformation that recovery brings.

The event also provided a valuable opportunity for our team members to connect with others in the recovery field, expanding our support network and exchanging insights and encouragement. Together, we celebrated shared successes, honored the resilience of those on their recovery journeys, and reaffirmed our mission to “Improve the Lives We Touch.”

A heartfelt thank you goes out to Thrive RCO for their vision and efforts in organizing such a meaningful event, as well as to all attendees and donors. This collective effort marks a significant step in building a supportive, unified community. We eagerly anticipate next year’s gathering, confident it will continue to inspire hope and generate the resources needed for recovery and healing.
